 My project management practice and consulting experience always provoked deep curiosity in me for a variety of reasons. I have spent countless hours learning different elements and technicalities. I have passed many courses without clear added value. This experience allowed to me to realize that the key is not in learning the substance but knowing how to use it in practice. No doubt that the old-fashioned "learning by doing" still applies. Unfortunately, not everyone has the luxury to afford some missteps and must remain armed only with unpracticed knowledge. I believe that every tool is worthless if we don't learn to use it in practice. And that is why I established "Coaching for life" project to facilitate coaching skills on associate-to-associate level.
